“Just calm down and let people enjoy chatgpt.” Sorry, no. I find it creepy that folks are treating a machine that mimics human speech as their friend / therapist. It is feeding you lies. It is destroying your thinking abilities. Shut it off. Talk to other humans. Go outside.

In case you're wondering...

it's been 17 days since a reporter was added to a Signal group chat where our government officials were sharing war plans.

And nobody has been fired...

The Fascist dictator: “Always right.” “Many enemies…much honor.” “Believe, obey, fight.” That pretty much sums things up in a dozen words.

Just finished a 5 star middle grade novel! Under the Egg by Laura Marx Fitzgerald was so intriguing, with fantastic analysis of art, and captivating history, all bound in a touching, exciting mystery. Tied in so well with our Renaissance art studies in our homeschool, too!

Oval office meeting today showed two whiny clowns and one leader. Clearly Ukraine has the better president.

I see lots of NHL posts, but haven't seen anyone posting about watching PWHL. (for free on YouTube!) They are great! Even if only Montreal got a cool name and logo.

Homeschool reason #469521:
It's perfectly acceptable for the middle schooler to yell "What the shit?!" when discussing current events. 👍

Why do I have to teach that Nazis are awful as current events in our homeschool?! This was supposed to be *history.*

Just for no reason at all, I was just thinking about how spectacular the WASP museum is. It's right on I20. An easy day trip from DFW. Next field trip I need to plan: Tuskegee....

The feeling of discovering a spectacular new thrift store is my favorite. 10/10 recommend hunting down cool, clean, fun second hand shops.
