On Sept. 3rd, Lev Goldberg (MSW 2020) became the 1st openly transgender person to swim across Lake Ontario, completing the 51-km journey in 24 hrs and 25 mins.

Children in the child welfare system are hospitalized at twice the rate of other children, and the disparities are even more stark for those who are Indigenous.
