Great meeting yesterday with the Louisville Greenprint partners. The Urban Design Studio's Patrick Piuma delivered an Open Space Network Report and Trees Louisville's Cindi Sullivan spoke about the Urban Forest Master Plan.

Envirome's Urban Design Studio established the Urban Futures program to help engage young Louisvillians in planning and urban design. Here's an update on this year's activities at Liberty High School from @allhopeissean.bsky.social .

Nature-based solutions could protect human health from adverse effects of a changing climate, however the underlying mechanisms behind the observed benefits remain unclear. Urban greening interventions like our Green Heart Louisville and Trager MicroForest projects help advance our knowledge.
