okay i lied. i did update the site this week. just small stuff though.
- tweaked site age counter again
- added a neocities site profile button
- tweaked a few page backgrounds
- tweaked a few things in the TOS*

proposed new option to the control panel:
> ultra animations mode. complete with shit running around the screen, image "rain", and nearly every asset will be moving. I plan for it to brick your browser if you click it.
