A video or LLM followed by an application task makes a huge difference. Though, the learning durability can drop off fast if it's a one time task.

M.S. in learning here. My guess would be that the Return on Learning measured as either knowledge transfer or change in behavior would be about the same for an LLM as it is for video - one of the lowest ROLs out there despite the popularity and production costs of video learning.
