I'll be posting more of my new hoodie designs tonight and tomorrow. Feel free to DM or email (with unusual frequency at gmail with a com) if you vaguely remember seeing a design you liked in the past. I'll find it for you.

If you PayPal me the price of a hoodie, $125, I will send you any hoodie you like from my catalog, including these lovely leafy wyrms, shipping included. If you're in Montreal and willing to meet me at Vendome, or know we'll both be at an event you can pickup from, the price drops to $100. Just DM.

My psychiatrist has said to me you can't heal from a stab wound while the knife is still in there. You need the trauma to stop before it can start healing, and it's not much good to pretend otherwise.

My vet was in the middle of explaining that she'd never heard of a cat who made protest poops when my Meri-Mac growled to get her attention, and pooped in her sink while keeping full eye contact.

We changed the name on her vet file to Meri-Mac Poopypants.

I did not go through the AI lookup's portal, I tracked down the designer's own page once I had a name. Felt safer.

Still, if this is the only good that comes of it, I'd rather throw this baby out with the bathwater of wholesale theft the industry is known for.

Hourly rate writing vs. creative career writing. It's how I separate my two types of (non-writing but creative) work to keep the value judgements between them relatively equal.

Another way of looking at it is that therapists are apex predators for societal stress, and all those mental toxins they ingest from us build up over time, and occasionally need to be purged.

But still, preferably not while in session with a patient.

It would have been useful to have my gyne surgeon, you know, the person playing with those nerves with a knife, not be of the opinion that "the female orgasm is a myth" and that if I did feel pleasure down there, it was useless now that I couldn't have children.

I maintain that West Wing is to real politics as romance novels are to real relationships. Absolutely fun and heartwarming and great to consume, but don't try and base your real world behaviour on what you see.

I loved this book! It's what kept me warm through the ice storm in Montreal this spring. Have been recommending it to everyone ever since.

Some useful phrases to deploy in ongoing conversation if pressed:

"I don't know enough about this to have en educated opinion."

"All I know is that this is too complicated to cover in one conversation."

"I'll add your sources to my list, but don't want to come to a hurried conclusion."

Might I suggest a skirt? Same comfort level as the bathrobe, but mildly more professional

Our mother believed a Trekkie was anyone who would sell their firstborn for a place on the Enterprise. She's a Trekkie. I'm the eldest.

I'm ok with this because anyone in a place to sell positions on the Enterprise would do something pretty awesome with me, right?

(James, above, is the youngest)

Our party uses Purify Water to do a fast load of laundry, usually while we're still wearing them

I saw someone call the leftovers X-itter, and I'm mad I didn't think of it first.
