Oh the luck affecting encounters is great!
I have had the idea of burning Luck to add more imitative tokens to the bag. Kind of a big gamble on being able to do more!

What have you added or tweaked for running a megadungeon with Troika? I’ve found it runs a dungeon fine out of the box. For chases and sprints I’ve just had parties test their luck to avoid encounters.
