Remember the story about the RCMP vehicles set on fire in Smithers? There was an interesting document produced by the Crown. The RCMP's internal report on the incident assumes they were under sophisticated surveillance, because the arson occurred at the exact moment between shift changes.

Today, as Gaza continues to be stuck in a bloody limbo, we are turning our website over to Gaza and its people in an initiative we are calling “A Day for Gaza.” There will be no pieces published on our website today that do not come directly from Gaza.

Cameron, lawyer for Attorney General of Canada, properly pronounced Haudenosaunee, almost got House of Skiy ze', but mispronounced Brandi Morin, as MoRAN. Bracken firmly pronounced her name properly on the stand, to correct him.

Karyn Pugliese on the stand today: CAJ was only able to challenge the Fairy Creek injunction, because of the way protesters were locked in. It allowed time for a legal application. Which just isn’t available when injunctions are usually granted.
