It's gotta be close between that scene and this one
It's so hard to narrow down a single favourite, but these two Final Fantasy pieces are incredibly atmospheric and have always stood out to me:

It can still connect fine to open WiFi networks or ones using WEP protection. Obviously that's not supported by most networks now due to age and broken security.
If you mod your psp, then there is a plugin you can install to enable WPA2 support.

I'm seeing the same behaviour on Win 11 23H2. Best workaround I have is Win-E to open explorer, CTRL-L to focus the address bar, and then start typing "Recycle Bin" (and using down, enter to select). Certainly not as convenient, but at least it avoids the mouse and showing the desktop.
