It was pretty clearly communicated that these are a conversation starter on game expectation. Not rules. If you want to game this system you don’t get the point of the system.

I like Heat. It’s the first board game where the elements of racing have been greatly incorporated. Balancing speed and taking corners and getting punished for going too fast, it’s great.
