3rd and final draft of the weekend, once again Pink Sleeves with a new 90 card module to support 10 players. I returned to my UW roots and got to kill folks with Aetherling and Second Sun.

As much as I liked my deck it could not compare to 4C Storm Control by Dom in a Cube with no combos. 2nd pic.

Pink Sleeves draft #1 with some lands shenanigans // 2-1. Deck performed better than I was expecting churning through with Icetill into Field of the Dead + Garruk or a fat Hydroid Krasis.

I don’t play lands often but this scratched the itch I didn’t know I had.

I really like Glare of Subdual as an alternative, the issue being its gold and in GW.

This has been brought up many a time but I would love to have a designer confirm after release. Was the FF set meant to be a EDH set originally? Cause this makes no sense.

Met some real sweet #MTGCube folks last night! Had a blast of a draft with this sweet D&T-ish list in Old Janky. Only 1-2 but I chalk that up to shotty plays more than the deck.

Tarkir Dragonstorm is one of the best sets of the year, end of sentence.
Any set that allows me to do Cruel Control (in this case, Inspired Control) has my vote.
