I wish you all the best in healing from all all this. I went through a very similar experience a few years ago (it turned out I had undiagnosed OCD) and learning methods to prevent spiraling and ruminating thoughts was an important step for my own healing.

I had never even heard of DBZ untill I was 17 and seeing Trunks for the first time also rewrote my brain. Trunks, as he was in the Android and Cell Sagas, is genuinly the coolest character ever imo.

spent like £8 on steam on an indi RPG maker horror game called Look Outside that came out earlier this year and its my 'GOTY' hands down. Iv just completely forgone new AAA games, not only becuase they are out of my price range but becuase they often suck!
