When life is exhausting and you don’t have the energy to cook dinner and going upstairs is too much work so you trip and fall onto the couch with a plate of random leftovers and you pick at it until you fall asleep with your neck crooked at a weird angle and it hurts the whole next day - I got you.

But that’s okay! Even when it feels miserable and hopeless and like everything is beyond our control, we have to remember that we’re not alone in feeling this way. Our feelings are valid, and we’re doing our best in a world that feels like it does nothing but push back on your efforts.
