Very much agree. Also took FB and TikTok off my home screen after the Inauguration, and I don't think I realized how much mindless scrolling I was doing on there. I don't even miss FB, largely because most of the feed wasn't actually my friends, just ads. BlueSky and Reddit have been enough so far

So much of Christian Nationalism is indoctrination. I grew up going to a Christian school and attended church every Wednesday and all day Sunday. I never got a break from it, and the indoctrination worked... For about a year or two after I left it. It fades pretty quick after you leave the bubble
