You can also just do as a fun wee activity if you're bored, no Essen travel actually required!

Games were fab! I won 3, lost 8, but every game was interactive, played in the 40 min time limit & and I didn't feel like I was disappointing my opponents with a bad game, which were my real goals.

Games were fab! I won 3, lost 8, but every game was interactive, played in the 40 min time limit & and I didn't feel like I was disappointing my opponents with a bad game, which were my real goals.

Runner: MuslihaT, a criminal runner who just runs a lot and breaks ice, as that's the kind of netrunner I like.
Corp: Bangun. Classic Weyland where you install an agenda face-up on the table, and the runner has to work out if they can steal it without you dealing 8 meat damage on your next turn.

I went to a netrunner tournament by myself at the weekend, and everyone was incredibly friendly & welcoming. Played some fab games, had a wonderful time and can't wait to go to another!
