I still think Tumblr is the best social media.
Just came out of the cinema and our first comments were about how good he was

I wouldn't bet on Orban being in power for much longer, Hungary won't be a long term option for them
November 7, 2025 at 6:15 PM
No, but you are functionally illiterate.
November 7, 2025 at 6:09 PM
No, I am not.

And I never said the government will see it as a defeat.
November 7, 2025 at 6:07 PM
What words? What are you talking about? Are you replying to the right posts?
November 7, 2025 at 5:58 PM
Honestly I don’t want to insult you but you have no idea what you’re talking about.
November 7, 2025 at 5:37 PM
Which is likely what’s going to happen. But similar to the European defence fund, proportional contributions will be seen as a defeat in the UK
November 7, 2025 at 5:36 PM
Advocating dependencies? Yes, of course. Look at the comments about the rearmament funding and the UKs insistence that its companies should be eligible for it
November 7, 2025 at 5:29 PM
You’re making a mess of this, doesn’t look like you know what you’re talking about. The TCA is already in place, current negotiations are about a new “reset” deal and as the negotiations are just now happening there’s no commitment to renege. The TCA does not cover SPF
November 7, 2025 at 5:27 PM
And you personally should stick to silver earrings because this seems to be above your level.
Nobody is forcing the UK to make deals, and the UK needs to EU more than the other way around, including on security. You don’t have to like it but reality will hit you in the face eventually
November 7, 2025 at 5:22 PM
Then maybe you should ask to join the EEA 🤷🏻‍♂️
The bottom line is that if you want spf recognition you have to be willing to give something in return. And what they want in return is money
November 7, 2025 at 5:08 PM
TCA does not provide SPF equivalence so if you want access similar to EEA then you should pay similar fees
November 7, 2025 at 5:03 PM
I think you need to read that paragraph again…
November 7, 2025 at 4:57 PM
Have you read the article? Because that’s not what it says so not sure what you’re talking about
November 7, 2025 at 4:52 PM
Uhm, no, we’re not talking about that. We’re talking about the UK contributing to the programs it wants to join, at the same rate as the rest of the members. What are you talking about?
November 7, 2025 at 4:49 PM
No agreement has been made, this is the negotiation stage and each party is going back and forth on what they want.
November 7, 2025 at 4:47 PM
Of course the EU and UK should collaborate where they face common enemies but it is not in the EUs interest to develop dependencies with a country that might very well elect Farage as its leader. Collaboration and friendly relationship does not mean giving the UK a preferential place in its orbit
November 7, 2025 at 4:46 PM
Good relationships does not mean dependencies or preferential access.
November 7, 2025 at 4:36 PM
As an aspiring world power, it is not the EU’s interest to develop a stronger relationship with the UK, it is UKs interest. Brits need to better understand the EU’s position. Almost all member states are willing to collaborate, but they’ll only do it from a position of power, which is fair enough
November 7, 2025 at 3:57 PM
Only Brits would think that 100 years old history is relevant to today's financial and security negotiations. Bless...
November 7, 2025 at 10:02 AM
Apologies for thinking this is a serious person, I didn't realise you were a parody account.
November 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM
What does Gibraltar or the Romans have to do with it? 🤡
