It's lifestyle creep but terrible

A little freaked out, I send a message to my doctor and they called me earlier today. They're penciling me in for an appointment on Wednesday and said if it happens again go to an ER or Urgent Care Center.

So, that's great. Fingers crossed it's just nerve pain I guess

That is until I told a friend about it and he said "Hey, that's one of the signs of a stroke/heart attack. You might want to get that checked out."

It lasts a few minutes and once it's over, I feel out of breath for a bit and sore for the rest of the day. I chalked it up to nerve pain as usual and honestly thought nothing of it.

I wonder if I should actually try grinding in one of them in PvP. Would it allow me to push myself in something I like doing, or would it crush the "comfort food" aspect?
