Prison officers are the agents of change in prisons. Their ability to build relationships with some of the most complex and vulnerable people can transform outcomes for prisoners. Learning how to do this effectively must sit at the heart of professional development.

We exist to break cycles of reoffending, and we believe that the way in which you do that is through prison officers. Prison officers are the agents of change in prisons, able to build transformative relationships with prisoners, changing the lives of those in their care.
