This is horseshoe centrism. He's seen so many fight density and abundance for "environmental" reasons that he's convinced himself that environmentalism is the problem as opposed to one of the reasons for density.

Civilians are supposed to tell the military how the military operates, that's why the commander-in-chief is a civilian role. The problem is that the civilians telling the military what to do are lawless fascists.

Unfortunately the major questions doctrine isn't about ensuring a fair and consistent application of the law, it's about giving the supreme court a tool to arbitrarily reject executive actions they don't like.

"Liking" 15-year-old girls is not actually what I'm primarily concerned about. It's engaging in or taking advantage of sex trafficking of 15-year-old girls that I take issue with.

It's gmail doing it automatically, something like 90% of my emails get automatically flagged as important. It's indicated by that sideways chevron symbol before the sender name.

Tbh depending on tone I can see how that would be a joke and how it would be misinterpreted. Probably a fine thing for players to joke about to each other or even for execs to joke about among themselves, but it's not really an appropriate thing for an exec to say to players.

The problem is that even if it might cause the stay to be shorter, it sets a very bad precedent and will further embolden Trump.
