Cheshire the Cat, the result of an Alternate Dizzy losing his body, becoming a being of darkness, with a heart of gold. He's mischievous, chaotic, very recentful... But with a very, VERY strong sense of justice and empathy for others, result of the many twists and turns of his nebulous life.

Cheshire is staring surprised at his new form, seeing his enlarged hands and claws. His form has gone from shadowy dark to a dark blue tint, with red marks all over his body. His eyes have also changed to that of a Deep Nightmare, looking like a mixture of a werecat and Deep Nightmare.

While not fully on screen, it's clear he's still merged with Tangle, as his tail has been replaced with hers, as well as her left arm and leg.

Ref sheet for Cheshire the Cat. Dizzy's dark alter-ego, has a more "smoke-like" form, and a more solid yet pitch-black form. It also shows some of his expressions: a smug, cheerful smile that doesn't plan anything wrong at all; a mischievous, devilish smile, not even hiding he has something in the plans... A dumbfounded blank stare, as if he was caught in the act or witnessed something... Worth that reaction; and finally him breaking into tears, remorsefully realizing an awful truth about himself, one that could change him back to good. A winter outfit for the shadow cat: he's wearing a yellow scarf, a gift from her friend (or rather her girlfriend) Heaven the Hedgecat. He's also wearing a brown jacket and dark snow boots. No need for pants because when do male Sonic characters wear pants? Other than, say, his previous life Dizzy

It's a very dark image, however, you can notice a figure in the darkness: Has the form of a mobian cat, albeit entirely dark. Their body is oozing, with dark smoke coming from them and a black substance dripping from them. Their eyes gloq brightly, illuminating a long, menacing grin... Fun fact: On OC Social Network, right at the tail end of last month, there was a (rather abrupt) Metal Virus event which led me to basically RP the events of my own WIP AU.
Which resulted in an excuse to draw this beautiful "monstrosity".

In a dimly lighted room in ruins, a "grotesque" creature greets the camera: One half looks like your average mobian cat Dizzy, in a red, ripped jumpsuit... However, his left side has been replaced by that of a zombot: A gold-skinned lemur, Tangle, still infected with the Metal Virus, having accidentally performed a hostile take over Dizzy's left half. They at least seem conscious, even ashamed, of their current appearance.

Dizzy looks at the brink of losing his head, covered in dust and trying to deal with the BS Dizzy has had enough and is slowly falling into apathy. Dizzy is tormented by the presence of a virus that's slowly destroying everything in his life, slowly driving him mad. Dizzy's life finally crumbles down as he learns of the passing of his beloved, just embraced by madness as he can't take it anymore.
