Norwegian pancakes:
125 g butter
6 medium eggs
6.5 dl whole milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp salt
500 g wheat flour
Butter for frying
Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. Set it aside at least 15 min. Whisk together the eggs, add the milk and melted butter.
125 g butter
