Sometimes when I feel like crap, I make all the things.
Shown here is roasted garlic potato chowder (half had chicken added in), roasted garlic puree, garlic infused oil, rosemary infused oil, and onion jam.

Not pictured is the pork jowl in the crockpot or the tomato confit in the oven.

So happy I just remembered I have some loops. While they don't make me feel 100% better, they knocked it down from torture to agony.
