Right now, I am avoiding accounts that have a lot of political anger. That’s my main reason for limiting my Facebook time.

I’m still learning my way around as well. What I do is I post things that means something to me and then see who follows me. Then I click on their account to see what kind of things they post and decide if I want to follow them back.
