Rwanda’s first large-scale solar farm, a $23.7M project, spans 17 hectares with 28,360 panels, increasing electricity supply by 6% and powering 15,000 homes. Built in six months near Lake Mugesera, the 8.5 MW plant showcases Africa’s renewable energy potential and commitment to sustainability.
