Last week, three CU Regents announced support for UCW’s campaign for collective bargaining. This marks a historic step toward bringing us in line with peer institutions and recognizing the right of campus workers to have a real voice in their working conditions.

Several CU Regents announce plan to grant collective bargaining rights to university faculty and staff
If passed, the move would expand coverage to between 45,000 and 53,000 additional workers statewide at all four campuses.
