Anyone can fill these out! If you are short an RN or CNA (you are), fill this out. Every one of these gets reviewed. Don’t expect your charge to do it, you can do it also

Right now we’re in the “kick-off” stage of our campaign & signing the strike pledge lets us know you’re ready to move forward! Did you notice that contract ratification/strike vote is at the very top? A ratification vote is the LAST STEP in this process, and a strike vote is only a potential step

“Come to our Magnet Faire so we can coach you on what to tell the Magnet site visitors when they come!”

Are you wondering what this is and why you should sign it?? Think of it more as a solidarity pledge and a bargaining tool to present to PSPH, should our bargaining team need to.
