I’d also say that after a decade of doing health equity work, I have experienced way more people complaining about policing of language than actual people policing language. It happens, and it’s annoying, and it’s rare.

Easiest way to be a hero? Act kind and decent to people who you might never receive anything back from. Be a good person without it being part of a transaction. That’s literally all we need to do as men. Sorry that the 5 year old child fantasy of being Superman won’t come true.

How about the fact that CMS has already decided to remove sexual orientation and gender identity from Medicare enrollment forms? Just erasing the queer community from the data.
