Probably the worst big visual novel I have played so far. Absolutely horrendous writing, boring story and the most basic characters I've probably ever seen in this genre. If this was my first ever VN I don't think I'd touch any VNs ever.

Finished Doki Doki Literature Club after like almost a decade of knowing about it and tbh... Can't really say much about it. It's certainly a visual novel of all time lol

Mujou no Erasmus: Overall quite a good story with a few strange things - 7/10
Seventh Lair: Also quite good but eh at times - 7/10

Another visual novel finished and this time it was Fata Morgana's Requiem for Innocence. I was surprised at how good it was since it's pretty much just some more expanded stuff that was touched upon shortly in the story of the og but it was still a thrilling experience.

Finished The House in Fata Morgana and while this isn't a review I just want to say that if you ever want to play a visual novel, and a short one (if you want to get into the genre), then definitely try this one. It's just incredible in every sense of the word.

I haven’t exactly played a whole lot of VNs yet but a series I feel conflicted on is Nasuverse. No matter where I look it’s “Fate - peak/Fate - trash”, “Mahoyo - peak/Mahoyo - trash” so I’m worried. Last time I trusted VN ratings was Subahibi and it uh… wasn’t exactly great!

On the topic of Umineko EP8: Yes, the manga is considered to be the penultimate answer to the Umineko story by Ryukishi07 himself. Reason for that is the manga has more fleshed out answers and backstory for a certain character. So it's completely up to you if you want to read the VN or the manga.

Finished Mario and Luigi: Brothership and to say I'm not disappointed is to literally say nothing. It's very rare that I agree with video game journalists but IGN definitely has the most real review for this game. I wanted to like it but it just wasn't... Mario and Luigi...
