Talks about cycling with occasional distractions

David Lappartient hater
Bound to miss some gems of the top of my head, I was even in Glasgow for that WC!

A good WC should show the best of cycling in that country and I will defend that city circuit both for the entertainment and how well it represented the true style of bike racing in the UK

The best I can understand is they must basically see parties like football teams. Sure some people say they ought have a 'philosophy' and 'identity' but really they just picked the popular local one so they could argue with all their mates about what system they should play

Yes I know how 2020 was won. Give me a 50km flat TT final Saturday again and I'll listen

The TTs were a highlight of my early TdFs in the Contador/Schleck/Evans era. Then because 2012 was boring they've barely tried a real TT since. We never saw peak Froome/Dumoulin/Porte in a TT heavy Tour decider, shame if this becomes true of Remco/Pog/Vingegaard already is for Roglic

Somewhat related but I recall that Sikh holy texts are considered akin to living gurus, and that this greatly confused parliamentary clerks when several new MPs both wanted a religious swearing in but could not touch the holy work while swearing

Excellent teamwork and riding got her in a position to be as dangerous as she was up Madeleine. last stage made a split riders like Kerbaol and Rooijakkers missed, but Kasia and Demi working to drop you is not exactly easy, still fought for every second. One of the most memorable rides and teams

Honestly why are they bothering to keep sending Russian this one 'neutral' invite
