Having a garage sale for 2 days, even w/ some help, is absolutely existence-draining for a #spoonie!! I swear I’m swollen everywhere & in pain head to toe etc. I have a feeling I’ll be sleeping for a week!! Though yay for making some money since I can’t work. #garagesale #makinmoney

Painsomnia sucks! My feet are burning, my thighs are cramping, and my lower back keeps grinding any time I move…blah 😑. Being a spoonie can really suck sometimes! PS this heat is sooo not helping anything! #spoonielife #painsomnia #livinthelife

It’s seriously depressing when this is in your own area. I’ve been through a wrongful raid and I paid the toll with my illness cuz I was in more pain and fatigue for a few weeks! Can’t imagine how the fear and stress would get to a 98yo!!

Friendly reminder that conservative trolls WANT to be bullied on Bluesky. They thrive on the attention. They want to be trolled so they can go back to Twitter or write some dumb “thinkpiece” and say how Bluesky is filled with intolerant liberals. Don’t give them the satisfaction. Just block them.
