Mid-2024 was a challenging time personally for Theo, but it led to a breakthrough. He committed hard to health – running, yoga, meditation. The clarity gained was massive. Lesson: Taking care of yourself is taking care of your project. Seriously. 🙏

Building solo means the bootstrap grind is real. Theo tried partnering, didn't work out - the vision wasn't 100% shared (only artner with believers!). Funding was tight. Had to juggle jobs, loans... it takes serious grit. Lesson: Resilience + faith are integral.

Then, a roadblock: The name UNIAPP was already trademarked. Oof. Had to let it go. Lesson? Check that legal stuff ASAP. Painful, but led to UNI AI – a better fit anyway. Setbacks can redirect you for the better.

It kicked off Summer '23 after the ChatGPT boom. Theo saw AI amplifying humans, not replacing them. First name: UNIAPP. Cool idea, but app dev hit different than web dev. Way harder. Quick lesson: Always add buffer time for learning!
