I definitely think a stationery purge should be done once a year. Though next year I’ll focus more on donating or reusing.

Of course! Any kind of journaling counts. Just the act of writing things out can really help with mental health.

There’s no reason you have to go back and read it. Most of my journals I get rid of once they are filled.
