Happy New Year! There is so much to look forward too!

Back at her apartment Robin took her time getting ready for dinner, after texting Kate the name of a small restaurant on the far side of the park where they met.

Not being one for grand entrances she arrived a little early. She admitted to herself that she was eager to see Kate again.

So much time has passed and everyday there are new things to see, new adventures to experience and new people to meet. God it’s great to be alive.

All are welcome at Neutral Ground, the rich and powerful, the mysterious and monstrous. If you visit, listen carefully. You never know what you might overhear in a tavern, a plot against a king, a horse race being fixed, or a chance at immortality.

Robin owns the tavern now, pays the bills, pours the drinks, and keeps the peace. If her patrons get too rowdy, well she was a soldier once. She hasn’t forgotten how to use the swords hanging over the fireplace, and has learned a trick or two along the way.

The price? Every 100 years she meets her mysterious benefactor at her tavern. They drink, they talk, and she tells him that she isn’t tired of living.

She has been a bandit and a soldier, a merchant prince and a Captain on the Spanish Main, a noble and a starving beggar. Whatever the role, Robin has lived life to its fullest and enjoyed everything it has to offer.

You never know what you might overhear in a tavern, a plot against a king, a horse race being fixed, or a chance at immortality. Robin has heard them all over the long years.
