I don't care if these monstrous ICE raids are a "federal operation". This is authoritarian violence, plain and simple.

Just because Stephen Miller has kidnapping quotas for brown people he doesn't want to see on the street doesn't mean we have to think it's okay.

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

I think the problem with America is the fact that 30-40% of the country can't be bothered to even keep in touch with what's happening. They have become complacent to the government that has provided for them without even knowing how they have lived their lives.
