Contradiction is one way to see it. Back in the early 1990s, I worked in the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua. Back then, allegedly, Colombian "shrimp-boats" were known to cruise Mosquitian villages exchanging dollars for lobster and shrimp (at prime prices). Their harvest was sold in Florida.
