I have no regrets about breastfeeding my two kids for a year each, but it was HARD. It took a toll on my physical and mental health that I only fully realized once I stopped a few months ago. One additional cost is the professional price you pay by asking for the time and accommodations to pump.

Oh boy don't feel guilty for even one second

Gallbladder attack had me throwing up from pain, and that still wasn't nearly as bad as induced labor. It sucked but i always felt like I could endure. Labor pain felt like it was bigger than what I could endure.

My office is doing the same! I don't know how I'm going to make it work if I'm being honest. I get so much done on my lunch break - now that's dead time. Plus of course the 45 minute commute. It's just going to make my life worse.
