I always sleep like poo the night after a long run, so here’s what I do to help
- Magnesium glycinate- muscle recovery
- melatonin- fake sleepy hormone
- copper compression sleeves- stave off foot cramps
- eye mask - the compression on my face helps 🤷🏻♀️
- palm zapper- pressure points
