When he expects someone is leaving the house Floyd likes to sit on their bag to make them reconsider.

Wow. New York times has been platforming moronic opinions for a long time, but credit where credit's due, their headlines still have that sweet sweet profitable shock value. Gotta maximize those clicks.

Please stop giving these people money, and attention.

It must be the same brown liquid the NYT puts on paper and calls journalism.

Astonishing how weak this argument is from Barrett.

Some liberties are so entrenched, they need not be written down.

Key test is specificity.

"Right to control one's body"? General; allows for drug use.

"Right to direct upbringing of children?" Specific. Only concerns control of another's body.

The perspective of someone who either mistakenly thinks laws are well specified enough to not need rules, or nefariously
knows this is false but promotes the idea anyway because they want no regulation. Plus a bunch of children with no experience he's chosen to surround himself with.

Something that's never discussed is the rate at which claims are denied specifically for purported 'medical necessity' or 'experimental' nature of care.

The most fucked up denials are almost always for medical necessity. Useful to track them specifically, and know who administers them the most.

This shouldn't be labeled 'chances of winning the presidency'. It should be labeled 'Nate Cohn and others at NYT make guess about outcome, based on a limited view of votes'.

This is not journalism, nor statistics. The outcome is already determined by votes, they just need to be counted.
