I don't understand how someone can't assume I mean cab using the context of the rest of what I'm saying.

Plus the fact that they are both things that drive people to places.

This can be demonstrated by the fact that, in Pathfinder, Demons represent Sins. Ideals that are antithetical to the functioning human world. And mind you, queerness was, and for many people still is, a Sin.

However, when a Demon shows up, it's like King Kong showing up. You can't just bring King Kong into the human world and expect everything to be okay.

That's why I say Demons are queer. Demons present the same challenge to human ideals as queerness.

Devils operate according to ideals that are just exaggerated human ideals. Ideals like merit and status ect. When a Devil shows up, it can be dealt with in a "human" way through bargaining and negotiation. They can operate within the human world without presenting a challenge to human ideals.

The thing that worries me is that the people who believe this are parents, teachers, doctors and nurses. People in positions where these beliefs can do a lot of damage.

There's a very clearly sociopathic pipeline these people go down.

Still in the back of my mind, whenever I watch an Alien movie, I'll now know that this uncontrollable monster is actually pretty easy to control.

Now whenever you watch an Alien movie, you'll have to ask "Why aren't they doing the language thing?"

Maybe they will pull some contrivance in the last episode where Wendy is destroyed before the language can be archived.
