Hamas is a resistance movement like any other. Analogous to the resistance movements in Apartheid South Africa, Algeria, Haiti, or any other land by which the people are oppressed.

To dismiss their calls for self-determination and self-actualization is to disregard their oppression.

A democracy operates for the people, by the people, and according to the people's will.

“Who are the people”? If the people are white, Christian, and wealthy, they will see representation. If they are Black, Arab, Latino, or Indigenous, will they be considered a person?
