Cin-Cin, the perfect aperitif!
1 oz. Red Vermouth
1 oz. White Vermouth
Lime wedge
Mix over ice (I prefer crushed), stir and squeeze of lime. I first had it in STL 42 years at a cute Italian restaurant which is still open. It's become my go to for a pre-dinner cocktail.

1 oz. White Vermouth

The Raspberry French 75
1½ oz. Nolet's Gin
½ oz. simple syrup
4 raspberries
¾ oz. lemon juice
Top with bubbles
In shaker: muddle raspberries, add everything except bubbles with ice, shake well and double strain. Top w/bubbles - enjoy!
