I agree 100%, but they did away with the Fairness Doctrine and rule that prevented oligarchs from monopolizing the media in any given location. Without those guardrails, what exists today is the Right owns 95% of the major media. It's not news anymore it's 24/7/365 propaganda and entertainment.
No news flash that Fox ought to have its license revoked for all the lies it peddles but the only real antidote is a free press that will do its job, not try to mimic fox or pander for ratings. Easier said than done. Those of us who oppose MAGA views must support media that don’t shill for Trump.
