Extend OC Transpo single fares by +30 minutes, and you will find that seniors, and struggling commuters can do MORE with the existing infrastructure, which will EXPAND ridership with EXISTING service -- +30 minutes, means they can run to AND from an appoinment, run a circuit of errands, and return.
