A set of panels from Homura Tamura. As Sayaka and Madoka are pushing one another in fear of a witch, Mami yells "Both of you, get back!!" One of the two asks her "Who are you...?" to which Mami responds "We'll save the introductions for later. I have to take care of things here first." The next panel cuts to a close-up on Mami, who appears nervous, thinking "...Oh dear. It just hit me: did I off the lights before I left my place...? ...I don't remember shutting the gas off either...No, wait...Come to think of it..." In the next panel, Mami is crudely drawn and even more nervous. She continues: "... Didn't I put a pot on to boil so that I could make some tea? I think I left it on the stove. I'm not typically the type to do that, but I can't remember..." In the final panel, Mami is running away from the battle, yelling "Wait here just ten minutes!" An annoyed Sayaka yells "Where do you think you're going?!"
