First off I’m happy with my representation for Maryland in Congress. But we need to look at this for what it is in a historical sense. This is a turning point like many other turning points in history and what we do now will affect the US and the world for at least decades, if we’re lucky.

Senator, with all due respect, just telling us something is despicable when we know that it is catastrophic beyond anything we’ve experienced in this country before, seems utterly useless. We need real action. Embarrassing action. Stuff that’ll get you in trouble. It’s war.

Why can she do whatever she wants without any oversight? You may have trouble getting to the top but you ought to be powerful enough to pick off the lower ones. Bury her in lawsuits and paperwork. Make her less easy at least. Playground rules apply here.

Yea, I get that. But it never seems to get past the questioning part. Their job doesn’t end when they ask questions, but it seems that they think it does. Frankly, if there’s more to this story, I’m dying to hear it.

How is it that everyone can sit here and say we have to demand accountability? It’s basically saying that it’s someone else’s problem. This is getting progressively worse and the Democrats are getting progressively weaker. I demand accountability from the Democrats. do something.

You had him by the short hairs and you let him weasel away. You can’t seem to do anything as a cohesive group but complain. After you get the government back (here’s hoping), maybe think about thinning the herd. Clear out the dead wood (old white guys)

Unfortunately that won’t happen. The workaround needs a workaround. Americans are still clever, at least for the time being, and I’m sure there is an answer. I have faith in the people, just not the politicians.
