It's been a long time since I saw it, but I really liked the "Get up, Bambi" recurring theme, with him struggling to stand as a baby, him struggling to stand on ice, and him struggling to stand with a leg wound.

Learning to do it by hand means you have a better chance of noticing an error when you do it on a calculator. It’s just an exercise. Practicing nurses use calculators. But if they get the decimal point in the wrong place… well… they better not. So they make nurses learn to do it by hand.

If a job needs to be done, then there will always be someone doing that job, so it should be paid enough to live on and the workers should receive basic respect while they’re doing it.

I think I do too! My doctor wants me to try hypnotherapy! Sounds a bit strange but there's some research to support it.
