That suck, sorry you had that experience. My 357 needed repair a couple years ago and he replied fast and had my tube fixed and back to me in under 6 weeks. So maybe he’s just even more behind? 🤷♂️ I’ve heard of months long wait times, but I’ve never heard of anyone just not getting their order
