Over the last week there’s been quite a lot of cosmetic tinkering on the #Evoque moving away from the Brunel silver trim to gloss black. The final change was to swap body coloured mirror caps the gloss black, leaving the remaining silver below the swage line

Back from our recent trip with the #evoque it was time to give it the first decent polish since we bought it. Baltic Blue & “Sparkle” painted alloys came up pretty well 😊👍🏻 Just in time to do it all again 🤣🤞🏻

2 months ago I bought an old #RangeRoverEvoque It had pretty much every common fault that was known on that model. It’s fought me a few times but hoping it’s ready for tomorrow its first big test 🤞🏻🙏🏻

That reminds me of a book I loved as a child. I remember my older sister giving it to me in the early 70’s. I could only remember the picture on the cover and that it was a collection of stories. It took me ages to track down but with the help of social media, a few years ago I eventually found it

Well that’s it… after 40 years and 6 months, I’ve done my last shift. I’m not saying I’m retired just yet as i still can’t get my head around that and the formal process is still a couple of weeks away🤣 But it was time to go. #rcn #saveournhs #nhs

Ours had been stood for two years when we bought it. So although it drove and had an MOT (I’m still not sure that was correct) it needed lots of work. But i knew that and it has been a family stable ever since and one we use regularly. The Volvo is a similar rolling recommission 🤞🏻😊

After months of solid reliability we are down to just the Panda again after the spurious bad starting problem returned on the Volvo. I managed to get it to the local specialist and it’s now in their hands, only to be returned when they think it’s fixed 🤞🏻

Well that was an amazing display! Modern digital cameras allow you to see more depth of colour than your eyes can see alone. All from the back garden of our Sheffield home

It’s been 6 months since I was last able to ride outdoors because of #longcovid So getting out on my #orbeagaind20 e-bike again allowed me to get back into the Peak District. Hoping I’ve now turned a corner and will be able to keep this going #peakdistrict
