Fantastic Four 30, a fantastic (excuse the pun) issue that explores the loss of agency and identity, along with discovering that strength is not just muscle/externally, but found within one’s self and the love and support of others. #comicbooks

I really need reminding to post more about the comics I get weekly cause there’s so much good stuff. Case in point, Absolute Green Lantern 1 was a great start. I love the familiarity but significant differences in this universe with the characters. Excited to what Al Ewing has in store. #dccomics

Absolute Martian Manhunter 1 was a phenomenally weird and excellent issue full of mystery, while slowly revealing further insight into this version MM through a clever script and beautifully trippy art. It shows what a powerful medium comics can be and will definitely win many awards. #dccomics

Precursor to the most badass and iconic entrance. #xmen

Ultimate Wolverine 2 focusing on the weapon and control side of this version was a good choice while showing Colossus, Magik and Omega Reds method of rule. The hunt was brutal with what was shown and allowed the reader to imagine. Alessandro Cappuccio builds a beautiful eerie and cold atmosphere

How to win me over immediately. Give me Tefe Holland on the first page. Another way, have Dan Mora and Mark Waid on a book. Basically a recipe for success. Justice League Unlimited 4 continues to be epic
