i may not be happy in the grand scheme of things, but im trying to find joy in the little things.

loving the support im getting from my roommates about my disorder, they all know what it is and i dont have to educate them. it makes me happy to feel supported in the place i live, especially during this tough of a change

im literally so done with thid program being triggered. ive slept through my appointment two days in a row and I'm too embarrassed to text and reschedule. Luckily I have therapy today, so I'm definitely going to talk about this.

i think a huge part in being a programmed system is the fact that i genuinely can't go out in public without a cue happening or some sort of triggering reminder of some awful thing that happened to me in my childhood.
perhaps thats why i like to stay at home so much.
